3PM stands for Perpetually Prepared Parent Ministers. It is a parent support team for the LIFTL Ministry at Bay Area Chinese Bible Church. This ministry was started as a way to get parents involved in the lives of the youth.
3PM’s purpose is threefold: 1) To provide manpower support for activities such as youth rallies and graduation banquets, 2) To procure materials and resources such as granting access to personal camping gear, and 3) To promote more friendships between other parents. It is important for parents to get to know the parents of the children that their children are hanging out with.
